This cheese log is one of my most requested recipes. If I go to a party or any get-together, someone always wants me to bring this! Ingredients:
2 - 8 ounce pkgs. cream cheese, softened |
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix |
lawry's seasoned pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix softened cream cheese with dressing mix.
2. Shape into log.
3. Roll in Lawry's seasoned pepper to coat completely.
4. Chill until ready to serve.
5. Serve with crackers. (I use Keebler Club crackers)
