Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces gin |
1/2 -ounce simple syrup |
2 ounces half-and-half |
*1 large egg white |
2 to 3 dashes orange flower water |
splash lemon juice |
splash lime juice |
crushed ice |
club soda |
1 lime wedge, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the ice, club soda, and lime wedge in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice and top off with a splash of club soda. Garnish with the lime wedge and serve. 2. *RAW EGG WARNING 3.
