Tasty,crunchy and refreshing salad! Ingredients:
1 bag cole slaw mix |
2 pkgs. ramen chicken noodle soup |
8 stalks green onions,sliced thin |
6 tbs rice vinegar |
1 c canola oil |
2 tbs sugar |
1 c cahews |
Directions:
1. Break up noodles in large bowl. Add green onions,slaw mixture. Make dressing of vinegar,oil,sugar and packets that come with noodles. Add cahews to slaw mixture. Pour dressing over all. 2. Let sit 6 hours. |
