From the kitchen of Maureen - a fun and crunchy variation of cole slaw. Ingredients:
1/3 cup oil |
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 (1 lb) bag coleslaw |
1 cup almonds |
1 cup sunflower seeds, shelled |
1 green onion, chopped |
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, uncooked and crunched up |
Directions:
1. Mix first three ingrediens in advance and refrigerate overnight. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. |
