Easy, delicious. One of my favorite dishes. Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower |
1 pint sour cream |
8 tablespoons butter (one stick) |
salt |
Directions:
1. Cook cauliflower 2. In casserole dish, layer butter, sour cream and butter; repeat until cauliflower used up. 3. Top layer should be sour cream. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until sour cream turns brown. 5. Salt to taste. |
