Ingredients:
10 medium mung dal
500 g curds
2 tablespoons sugar
salt
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon roasted jeera powder
1 teaspoon red chili pepper
1 cup tamarind chutney
3 coriander leaves, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Soak moong-dal vada for 4-5 hours.
2. While serving, squeeze out the water.
3. Put it in a serving plate.
4. Beat the curd along with sugar and pour over the vadas.
5. Also pour the tamarind chutney and sprinkle all the masala to taste.
6. Garnish with chopped coriander.
