1 cup shredded english cucumber |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/4 cup chopped tomato |

Directions:
1. In a bowl, stir together yogurt, cucumber, chopped onion, chopped tomato, and salt and pepper. Cover and chill until cold, at least 1 hour or up to 1 day. |
