Raita is an Indian dip or sauce to be had with Pulav. Some like to have it with Rotis. Some like to have it as such with boondhis. You can also add finely chopped capsicum ( approx 1 tbsp) Ingredients:
plain curd (yogurt) – 250 ml |
finely chopped onion – 1 |
chopped cucumber – 1/4 |
chopped tomatoes – 1 |
grated carrot – 1/2 (optional) |
chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients. Serve chill with Pulav. |
