The original recipe calls for 4 oz lean diced ham but I usually leave it out. I also toss the apples in a little lemon juice to keep them turning.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raisins
2 apples, diced
1/3 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
