Great sundae
Ingredients:
1/2 cup light raisins
1/2 cup cold water
1/3 cup rum
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter
vanilla ice cream
Directions:
1. Soak raisins in mixture of water and rum until plump, about 5 minutes.
2. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch; add to raisin-rum mixture.
3. Cook and stir until bubbly.
4. Add butter.
5. To serve, spoon over ice cream.
