Great sundae Ingredients:
1/2 cup light raisins |
1/2 cup cold water |
1/3 cup rum |
1/4 cup packed brown sugar |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
2 tablespoons butter |
vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Soak raisins in mixture of water and rum until plump, about 5 minutes. 2. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch; add to raisin-rum mixture. 3. Cook and stir until bubbly. 4. Add butter. 5. To serve, spoon over ice cream. |
