1 pound ground beef |
1 (15-ounce) package raisins |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon butter or margarine |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon ground thyme |
5 1/2 cups cracker crumbs |
1 egg, beaten |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a Dutch oven; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned and onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. |
