Raisin sauce found in a Junior League cookbook to serve with ham. Ingredients:
1 cup apple cider |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup seedless raisin |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan. 2. Add flour and salt and mix to form a paste. 3. Add cider gradually, and stir constantly to make a smooth sauce. 4. Add raisins and serve over ham. |
