My mom's recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind |
1 1/2 cups water |
1/3 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Mix together brown sugar, dry mustard, and flour. 2. Slowly whisk in remaining ingredients. 3. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. 4. Boil for 1 minute, then serve with cooked ham. |
