Wonderful sauce to serve with your baked ham. Ingredients:
1 cup raisins |
1 3/4 cups water |
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed |
1 1/4 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. Boil raisins and water 5 minutes. 2. Mix dry ingredients. 3. Add to raisin mixture. 4. Cook 15 minutes. 5. Stir in butter and vinegar. |
