Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped green onions including tops
1 can chicken broth
1 soup can water
1 cup uncooked long grain converted rice
1 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
Directions:
1. Sauté onions in butter until clear.
2. Put in a baking dish with all other ingredients except sunflower seeds then stir and cover.
3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
4. Mix in sunflower seeds and serve immediately.
