Surprise, it's made of raisins and cheese! Ingredients:
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled |
8 ounces mascarpone |
2/3 cup golden raisin |
2 1/2 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cardamom |
1 pinch salt and pepper |
puff pastry |
Directions:
1. Mix everything except the puff pastry together to form the filling. Wrap in the puff pastry. Bake at 350-375 degrees until lightly browned. yum!
