4 cups broccoli florets |
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup golden raisins |
1 cup miracle whip |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons half-and-half cream |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. In a large salad bowl, toss broccoli, walnuts and raisins. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Yield: 8 servings. |
