I have made this bread many many times & it is always a hit! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 cups bread flour |
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
1 pinch grated nutmeg |
2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
1/2 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in bread pan, select light crust setting, and press Start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before serving. 2.
