You can use this with any healthy breakfast cereal you like. The protein powder adds extra flavor and balances out the protein/carb ratio in the meal! You can try using other flavors of protein powder as well. Ingredients:
1 cup raisin bran cereal (or any healthy cereal) |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder |
Directions:
1. in bowl, add the milk and protein powder, stil well. 2. add the cereal and stir. 3. serve and enjoy! |
