Raisin Apple Soup

I made this in my younger days, and thought I would share it out here. It is a really good cold soup to serve for Halloween or any of our up coming cool holidays!
Ingredients:
2 cups apple juice or cider
2 large cooking apples peeled and cubed
1/4 cup dark raisins
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp brandy
Directions:
1. In 2-quart saucepan combine first 4 ingredients.
2. Cover, simmer 15 minutes or till apples are tender.
3. Stir in sugar and brandy.
4. Cover; chill.
5. Remove stick cinnamon before serving.
6. Makes 3 to 4 servin
