This came from Appetizing Vegetarian Breakfast Recipes. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 cup cream cheese |
1 cup cottage cheese |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
2 teaspoons white sugar |
1/2 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Put the cream cheese, cinnamon, sugar, and cottage cheese into a food processor. Process until smooth. 2. Move to a medium dish. Mix in the raisins. Cover and refrigerate before serving. |
