Ingredients:
1/2 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces |
1 stalk celery, cut into 1-inch pieces |
1 carrot, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces |
8 cauliflower florets or mushrooms |
8 cherry tomatoes |
1 cup hummus |
Directions:
1. Skewer the vegetables onto a wooden skewer and wrap with aluminum foil. Serve with the hummus. |
