Very low calorie and colorful salad. Ingredients:
3 cups cabbage, green |
1 cup cabbage, red |
1 cup carrots |
1 cup celery |
1 cup onions, red |
1 pepper, red |
1 pepper, green |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 tbs honey |
1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Grate all the vegetables using the grater blade of a food processor 2. Combine all the ingredients, mix well and refrigerate over night to allow flavors to blend. |
