Ingredients:
1/2 cup green peppers |
1/2 cup red peppers |
1/2 cup yellow peppers |
1/2 cup orange peppers |
1 large spanish onion |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
garlic powder |
ground black pepper |
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced |
1 can sliced black olives |
1 cup rice |
Directions:
1. Chop peppers and onions into small pieces. Saute peppers and onions in olive oil and season with garlic and black pepper. Add mushrooms and olives to the mix. Slow cook 1 cup of rice with water according to package instructions. When done add peppers, mushrooms, onions and olives. 2.
