In my opinion best served with cottage fries & onion. Ingredients:
4 pork cutlets, pounded thin |
salt and pepper |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 cup heavy cream |
1 tablespoon green peppercorn, lightly crushed |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, brown pork cutlets lightly. 2. Remove from pan and keep warm. 3. Add flour and stir until just fragrant. 4. Add cream, stirring. 5. Add peppercorns. 6. Return pork to pan. Heat through and serve. |
