Rage Of The Town Raspberry Coffeecake

This is one of my favorite coffeecakes since I'm such a raspberry fanatic. It's easy to make and very popular when I take this to Church or to the office. Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon raspberry extract
2 cups fresh raspberries

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons butter softened
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 then spray angel food cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Lightly dust pan with flour.
3. In medium mixing bowl sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
4. In large bowl beat together milk, butter, eggs and extract.
5. Beat in flour mixture a little at a time then gently fold in berries and pour into prepared pan.
6. To prepare topping combine flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon in small bowl until a crumbly.
7. Sprinkle topping over cake batter then bake 45 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before inverting and placing on wire rack to cool.
