Ingredients:
2 package(s) knox gelatin |
1/2 cup(s) water |
3 cup(s) egg nog |
1 pint(s) whipping cream |
1/3 cup(s) sugar |
1/3 cup(s) brandy |
1 graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Dissolve 2 packages of Knox gelatin in 1/2 cup water. Stir gelatin into 3 cups of very hot egg nog. Chill until very thick. Whip 1 pint whipping cream. Stir in 1/3 cup sugar, and 1/3 cup brandy. Fold into egg nog mixture. Chill in graham cracker crust for 24 hours. |
