This classic French hors d'oeuvre could not be easier. Ingredients:
radishes, fresh and firm |
fresh homemade butter |
fine sea salt |
Directions:
1. Cut large radishes in half and put on a platter. Serve with butter, homemade or store-bought, and fine sea salt. 2. Note: Nutritional analysis is per serving (4 radishes and 3/4 tsp. butter). |
