Radishes make a delicious spread. Serve with pumpernickle or a similar dark bread. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1/2 cup sliced radish |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In food processor, cream the butter. 2. Add the radishes and the lemon juice. 3. Using the pulsing action, chop the radishes. 4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and serve. |
