Taken from the Backwoods Home magazine. Ingredients:
2 cups radishes, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
3 tablespoons orange juice |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. |
