Rachel's Spinach and Berry Smoothie |

A delicious way to get my tomatoes, spinach, and flaxseed every day, along with yogurt and berries! Ingredients:
4 cups spinach |
136 grams cherry tomatoes |
8 ounces vanilla yogurt |
12 grams flax seed |
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries |
1/2 medium banana |
Directions:
1. Put yogurt, banana, flaxseed, and tomatoes into a blender and blend well. Add spinach slowly until well blended, Add frozen berries. You can substitute any berries, but wild blueberries give the smoothie a purple color instead of green. ha ha. Blend, then serve immediately. (You cannot taste the tomatoes or spinach in this!) |
