A wonderfully healthy and good salad. Ingredients:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1 tsp white vinegar |
1 tsp lemon juice |
1 large cucumber |
3 roma tomatoes |
1 medium green bell pepper |
1 small onion |
1/4 cup black olives |
5 ounces feta cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp oregano leaves, 1 tsp pampered chef sun-dried tomato herb seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. 2. Chop veggies and place in a large bowl. Stir in oil/vinegar/seasoning mixture & add feta cheese. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for later. |
