A wonderfully healthy and good salad.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 large cucumber
3 roma tomatoes
1 medium green bell pepper
1 small onion
1/4 cup black olives
5 ounces feta cheese
Directions:
1. Mix olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp oregano leaves, 1 tsp pampered chef sun-dried tomato herb seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Chop veggies and place in a large bowl. Stir in oil/vinegar/seasoning mixture & add feta cheese. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for later.
