Rachel's Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies |

This recipe was given to me by a former babysitter. These cookies are so good they are addictive! They are slightly crunchy but soft on the inside. I typically freeze half of the dough and keep it in the freezer so I can make these cookies whenever I have a craving! Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
1 cup white sugar |
1 cup brown sugar (packed) |
2 extra large eggs |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups flour |
2 cups oatmeal |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
6 ounces white chocolate chips |
6 ounces milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet) |
Directions:
1. Cream sugars with butter. 2. Add eggs one at a time. 3. Add Vanilla. 4. Sift dry ingredients. Gently add to mixture. 5. Add chips. 6. Bake 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool on Rack. |
