My sister Racheal makes this potato salad and I just had to get the recipe from her. It is awesome. I don't like mustard potato salad and this one is made with sour cream and mayo for the sauce and requres very few ingredients. Ingredients:
7 cups red potatoes, chopped into 1 1/2 inch pieces |
8 ounces sour cream |
4 ounces mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
chives (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until tender. 2. drain and rinse with cold water. 3. Combine all ingredients except chives in a large bowl. 4. Add chives for garnish on top. 5. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. |
