What a wonderful Farm to visit, even if it is just on the web. They take such pride in their free-range chickens and the organic eggs they produce. Nice to see that and their recipes recipes are super and well thought out. Read more . I enjoyed this one; hope you do too.I don't use the pickle. Ingredients:
4 large rabbit river farms organic eggs, hard boiled and finely chopped |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup cream cheese softened at room temperature |
1 tablespoon milk |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1 tablespoon creamed horseradish |
1/4 teaspoon sea salt |
1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped |
1/4 cup dill pickle, finely chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. DIRECTIONS 2. Combine all ingredients together and chill for at least 3 hours in refrigerator or over night 3. Serve with crackers and cut up celery, carrots and cucumber. 4. Let's Eat! |
