Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa, cooked accroding to to the package directions
2 -3 mini cucumbers, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
pepper

1. mix everything together and serve.
