1/2 cup quinoa |
16 oz cooked black beans |
1/2 onion |
1 tomato |
2 cloves garlic |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon coriander |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
