While investigating the new super food quinoa, I found an organic multi grain one. I made it for dinner one night, just mixed in some butter, salt and pepper and chopped parsley, it was pretty good.. Read more ..but I had some left-overs, so decided to make them into a salad. Turned out delish. Easy and healthy and so so today :-) Ingredients:
