Quinoa Salad Ingredients:
1/2 cup quinoa |
1 cup vegetable broth |
2 tbsp lemon juice |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1/6 white onion, chopped |
2 cloves garlic |
2 tbsp parsley, chopped |
3/4 cup black beans |
Directions:
1. Cook Quinoa in Vegetable Broth 2. Mix remaining ingriedients as a dressing and stir into quinoa and black beans |
