Quinoa cooked with stock and onions Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa |
1 tbsp canola oil |
2 cups beef stock |
1 cup chopped onion |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Rinse quinoa well in several changes of water until water is clear. 2. Saute onion in oil. 3. Add quinoa and saute for a minute or two. 4. Add stock. 5. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes until liquid is abosrbed. |
