Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa, rinsed
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 tbsp flax seed
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
1. cook quinoa in 1 cup water til dry
2. mix all dry
3. mix all wet
4. bake 25-30 mins or until done 350
