From DSP Salad Cookbook Ingredients:
1 cup of quinoa |
2 cups of water |
2 tablespoons of honey |
1/4 cup of lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 cup apple |
1 cup finely chopped celery |
1/3 cup raisins |
1/3 cup chopped parsley |
1/2 cup almonds |
Directions:
1. Rinse quinoa and bring to a boil , turn down and simmer for 2. about 15 minutes and water is absorbed ,fluff with fork and 3. allow to cool 4. In a small bowl mix honey, lemon juice and salt add oil slowly 5. Add all of the other ingredients and dressing mix. 6. Enjoy |
