Ingredients:
1 avocado, diced
1 cucumber, seeded & diced
fresh chopped basil or rosemary
1/2 red onion or scallions diced
3 roma plum tomatoes, seeded & diced
1 tablespoon(s) spike
3 tablespoon(s) toasted sesame oil
Directions:
1. Rinse quinoa. Fix 1 c. quino & 2c. water.
2. Bring to a boil, cover, and turn down to simmer for 12 min.
3. Add other ingredients and toss well.
