2 large firm quinces |
2 large carrots |
2 tbsp cooking oil |
Directions:
1. Peel the carrots 2. Quarter and core the quinces, don't peel 3. Slice each quarter into 1/2 inch slices 4. Slice carrots into 1/2 inch slices 5. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat 6. Toss in the carrots and quinces and braise them for about 8-10 minutes, or until medium-tender 7. Serve hot |
