This recipe is one of my fave recipes by Paula Deen. They have a nice flavor and texture plus, excellent to make when you're pressed for time. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Mix the flour and the sugar together in a small mixing bowl.
2. Then add the milk as well as the mayonaise and mix well. Let it set for about five minutes.
3. Evenly distribute the mixture into a muffin tin and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes.
4. Serve warm or at room temperature with your favorite spread!
