Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
3 egg yolks |
Directions:
1. In small saucepan, heat butter with lemon juice and salt until bubbly (do not let it boil). 2. Add SLOWLY to egg yolks, beating constantly. |
