Ingredients:
4 unsalted rice cakes
spreadable light cream cheese
2 cups fresh berries or 2 cups fruit
Directions:
1. Spread the rice cakes with cream cheese.
2. Top with 1/2 cup of berries or fresh fruit.
3. Enjoy a healthy quick breakfast.
