By rice cakes I mean those round dingamazoos that look like styrofoam and if bare taste like it too. This is a delicious breakfast ready in minutes, healthy & quite low in calories . Love this recipe now that the berry season is here. Ingredients:
4 unsalted rice cakes |
spreadable light cream cheese |
2 cups fresh berries or 2 cups fruit |
Directions:
1. Spread the rice cakes with cream cheese. 2. Top with 1/2 cup of berries or fresh fruit. 3. Enjoy a healthy quick breakfast. |
