This is a restaurant-style Italian fish soup that is easy to make at home, Prepare the vegetables ahead of time and buy your fish fresh that day. It is an instant, tasty meal that is nourishing and quite satisfying. Ingredients:
8 oz halibut, cubed |
2 large shrimp, peeled and deveined |
2 new england mussels |
2 six-inch crab legs |
2 large garlic cloves |
2 bay leaves |
1 tb chopped parsley |
2 roma tomatoes, chopped |
1 medium potato, cubed |
1 tb olive oil |
pinch of salt |
pinch of black pepper |
1 quart of water |
Directions:
1. Bring the water to a boil and add all the ingredients, except the seafood. Boil for 5 minutes. Add the halibut and boil for 3 minutes. 2. Add rest of the seafood and boil for 5 more minutes. |
