I'm posting this recipe here so that I don't lose it! I haven't tried it but it seems worth trying. Can't get much easier. With a good stout or dark beer this could be extremely yummy. Originally from the kitchen of Rosemary Champion. Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour |
1 tablespoon caster sugar |
1 can full strength beer (at room temp) |
Directions:
1. Sift flour and then mix well. 2. Bake in an oven at 350 deg F for approx 40 minutes. |
