Came up with this on a chilly night when I didnt want anything heavy or sweet, but warm and comforting. Just make sure that your custard is lite, or get the diet stuff from the supermarket. Ingredients:
1 slice cantaloupe, diced (rockmelon) |
1 slice pawpaw, diced |
1 small kiwi fruit, peeled |
2 small strawberries, diced |
2 -3 slices persimmons |
1/2 banana, sliced |
2 -4 tablespoons prepared custard |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Put all fruit into a cup. 2. Add custard and cinamon. 3. Stir. 4. Put in microwave for 30 seconds. 5. Enjoy. |
